danièle spethmann, P.Geo - Founder, CEO, and PresidentExperienced Exploration Geologist and Mining Executive with over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining, danièle spethmann has established herself as a respected leader in the industry. Over the past decade, she co-founded and led Warrior Gold Inc. as CEO—spearheading its rise from her vision for the Goodfish Kirana Property in Ontario’s Kirkland Lake Gold Camp. While collaborating with teams, she was the driving force behind its advancement, culminating in a strategic merger with Newfound Gold’s Lucky Strike Property to create Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. (TSXV: KLDC) creating a stronger entity to explore and develop in one of Canada’s most prolific gold and mineral rich districts. Ms. Spethmann’s career spans international and domestic projects, including key roles in significant discoveries: the Carolina Zone at Choco 10 in Venezuela and the world-class Fruta del Norte deposit in Ecuador. She has held senior positions with notable companies such as IAMGOLD, African Copper, Aurelian Resources, and Bolivar Goldfields, contributing to her expertise in both domestic and international exploration, project management, and corporate leadership. Beyond her professional achievements, danièle is an advocate for diversity, inclusion, and community development. She is a member of the Revitalization Committee of the OPA, actively supports Women in Mining Toronto, a past committee member of Toronto Geological Discussion Group (TGDG). Additionally, she was Chair of the Christie Ossington Neighbourhood Centre (CONC), an organization dedicated to relieving poverty and homelessness while building stronger, more inclusive communities. Ms. Spethmann studied geology at Ottawa U, also holds a Mining Management Certificate from Ryerson University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO). Based in Toronto, Ontario, she continues to play a pivotal role in the exploration and mining sector, championing exploration excellence, social responsibility, inclusivity, and community well-being.

Pam Sangster - Founder & PrincipalPam Sangster is a highly respected geoscientist with over 30 years of experience in the mineral resource sector, specializing in Ontario’s geological framework, land use planning, and industrial minerals. Her extensive career has encompassed key roles in both government and industry, providing critical expertise to exploration and development projects across Canada. Ms. Sangster served as a Regional Resident Geologist and Professional Geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey (OGS), where she played a pivotal role in monitoring and stimulating mineral exploration activities. Her work involved documenting geological resources, liaising with Indigenous communities, and offering expert geological consultation to prospectors, junior exploration companies, and government agencies. She also held leadership positions, including: Provincial Industrial Mineral Specialist – advising on the exploration, extraction, and economic potential of Ontario’s industrial minerals. Regional Land Use Planning Geologist – Southern Ontario – integrating geoscience expertise into provincial and municipal land-use planning. Manager, Provincial Mines and Minerals Information Centre (Toronto) – overseeing Ontario’s central hub for geological data and exploration support. District Geologist, Timmins – providing strategic guidance to the mining industry in one of Canada’s most prolific gold camps. OGS Algonquins of Ontario Land Claim Liaison – working collaboratively to assess geological and mineral resource considerations in land negotiations. Beyond her government tenure, Ms. Sangster has dedicated over four years as a consultant to prospectors and junior mining companies, offering specialized services in land acquisition, project generation, and exploration strategy development. She has contributed to numerous Ontario Geological Survey publications and continues to provide geoscience support for exploration and development projects across Canada.
